About New Horizons

We are privately owned and our owner is involved in the day to day running of New Horizons. Most all of our staff have been with us for 10 plus years.

History

In 1991, Don and Cathy became interested in developing a specialized program in which individuals with developmental disabilities could live in a small home-like setting where their individual needs for care, training, and supervision could be met. The Moores' wanted the living environment to be home-like, not institutional, in appearance.
