New Horizons is has been in business since 1992 with the same owner. New Horizons is privately owned and our owner is involved in the day to day running of the business. Most all of our staff have been with us for 10 plus years. Mr. Moore has provided a great atmosphere for the employees which is why we have such a low turnover rate. We do our best to give our residents the best of care. Our House Managers have all been with us over 10 years and are well trained and work well with their staff. Since we are a small company only consisting of 4 homes, we are able to be more hands on with residents and staff. Our office is located next to our workcenter which means we normally see staff and residents every weekday.
